The Children-at-Risk Issue Network will be holding two days of meetings to prayerfully discuss and make decisions concerning the future direction of the network. Approximately 20 people from across the globe representing a variety of different organizations and networks will be present at this meeting.
The aim of this gathering is to:
- Orient participants on the current status of the Lausanne Movement, the Children- at-Risk Issue Network and the emerging global themes for children-at-risk and the global church, as it seeks to meet those needs as an expression of the coming Kingdom of God.
- Identify the strengths and resources that each member of the network brings to the table, and to develop a strategy for how these strengths can work together to achieve lasting and sustainable change for children.
- Design plans for engaging the broader Lausanne Movement before, during and after the upcoming Fourth Lausanne Congress.
